I have an auto claim with this company. I was across the country when my daughter had an accident and totalled my car. I immediately phoned the company and filed a claim. I also told them that I was 1500 miles away with my husband at the Mayo Clinic and couldn't get to my vehicle until the following Thursday. They promised to put a hold on it. On arrival to the impound my vehicle was already gone. It had been towed the day before. It was towed 3 hours away and still had my license plate and belongings in it. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't been reimbursed for my damaged vehicle. I did finally receive my license plate and a very few of my belongings but everything else is apparently gone..ie tripods, Garmin... I would not recommend this company to anyone!
