I've never had to use them for my auto insurance, as I haven't filed any claims.

Be careful who you select as your vehicle insurer; there are some unpleasant insurance companies out there. I had a really bad experience in early 2025 with a company that falsely reported me to an insurance commission. They claimed I hadn't paid, but I had prepaid for the entire year.

I've never had a claim. The insurance is too expensive, but it's nice knowing the office is close to my house.

I'm a senior, 73 years old, and I don't drive more than 15 miles a week at best. I have no tickets, accidents, or DUIs, and I'm a single female paying $89.00 a month for full coverage on a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. It's too much money!

The on-road service has been disappointing if you always have to wait 2-3 hours. Last week, I had a jump battery in Hapeville, GA, and the person was there in ten minutes! However, I have had to call my own towing company twice after waiting for two hours for Travelers.

I have been with Travelers since 1969. I'm 80 years old, a Vietnam veteran. Rates are too high.

Way too expensive, especially for seniors. I now drive 10-15 miles a day at best. I don't use the vehicle much; it sits most of the time.

After 6 years as a customer of Travelers, I had 2 minor accidents. In the first, there was no visible damage to either vehicle. In the second accident, there was minor damage to both vehicles. I opted not to file a claim for my damage, as I realized that my premium would be increasing and I didn't want to make it worse. That was a mistake. My agent notified me that my policy was not going to be renewed.

I have been a customer since last December of Trailstone Insurance. I talked to them on November 21, and I finally got a quote on December 19, with a $741 increase. They are working on it.

I am 81 years old with limited technical training. I requested a copy of my policy declaration page and received a reply dated 4/4/2025, advising me to go to 'My Travellers Account', under the policy tab via policy documents. However, when I tried, I was unable to find anything about policy documents to check. Since I am technically challenged, I find it to be like 'jumping through hoops'.

The customer service is not the best. They are non-responsive for long periods of time. They are the cheapest option for the coverages we want, otherwise, I would not choose them. I work in insurance claims and expect more from a large entity like Travelers. Truly disappointing.

Don't think you're all set with full coverage when an accident happens that's not your fault. The first thing they do is send an adjuster who nitpicks everything, even stretching the truth to justify totaling your vehicle instead of repairing it. This is in their own best interest, leaving you financially underwater without a breath, drowned by their actions with thousands to pay. That's not what I call fully covered at all. Where's the protection? Never again.

They substantially increased rates without any explanation.
