It's pretty good, average I guess.

It's too expensive, especially for me on a fixed income with no accidents or tickets. It's more than my house insurance.

Travelers has been good to me for years. Unfortunately, I will be moving on. They hit me with a huge increase on my homeowners. The Travelers rep wanted to argue when I called to find out why. This is the first time in all the years I have run into this with Travelers. It's unfortunate.

They were good. However, I had to argue with them about not having up-to-date labor rates in their computers. Travelers is 10 years behind. Local labor rates with all local body shops in this area were higher than what Travelers said they would pay.

Travelers is a fair company to deal with. Like all other insurance agencies, the premium goes up if you have a simple claim.

They cancelled my policy due to their own oversight, without any notice or chance for appeal. I'm baffled as to how this company is legally operating. They seem to be primarily interested in securing the initial deposit and then dropping customers without a valid reason, presumably to maximize their profits without any risk. I believe such practices should be considered illegal. I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I advise caution when dealing with this company.

They are nice people, but not cheap. If you fail to sign one letter, they will cancel you quickly. This happened twice. I did use their app, but I was supposed to quickly sign every notice that came in the mail. They reinsured me each time at slightly higher rates.

They raised the auto rate after purchase and attempted to increase the homeowners' rate as well. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.

I don't recommend them. They filed a claim for collision when it should have been road hazard. Now, my insurance is messed up for 3 years. I'm on social security and now I have to pay almost three hundred dollars a month. It's either food or insurance.

It's too expensive. I'm paying $151 per month for off-season storage and $191 per month for full coverage during the on-season. This is for a 2002 Lexus.

Travelers is quite overpriced. I moved to a different state with three months left on my original policy and was forced to pay for three more months to extend my policy to six months. When my renewal came, Travelers quoted me a price that was two-thirds more than every other company I quoted. I would not use Travelers again.

I tried to separate my ex-husband's policy from mine, but we ended up having to cancel his. Then, they charged my bank account for his policy. If you don't have an agent, don't sign up using the 800 number. There's no agent to help you.

They quoted one price, then raised it. Now they're claiming a metal building has rotten walls and a rusted tin roof. But every tin roof rusts, and it doesn't leak. I just put a new freezer in that shed four months ago. I'm not doing anything to that shed and I wouldn't recommend Travelers to anyone.

They have increased the price for two autos to over $295 per month, with one vehicle only getting liability coverage.

I initially liked Travelers, but after being with them for almost six years, I've noticed a significant increase in my premium. This happened when we added my 17-year-old son to the policy. The amount I'm now paying has jumped by more than 75%. I understand that adding a young driver can increase the cost, but this seems like a ridiculous amount of money to spend on insurance.

My wife and I are currently going through a divorce. I spoke to a representative at Travelers after discovering that she had made two claims under my insurance without my knowledge. As a result, my rate skyrocketed from over $1,700 to $4,777. I expressed my concern that this could be considered fraud, but I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using Travelers again.

We have been customers of Travelers for many years, at least 10 or more. We have had several claims concerning our car and home. They have always paid and have been prompt. I discovered I had a $500 deductible only when a rock hit my windshield. I never received any notice of the increasing prices. Now, it's $178 a month even though I have no tickets or any other issues.

Save your money, find another carrier.
