They have always been prompt in paying claims. I have been with Travelers for over 40 years, but financial problems have prompted me to look for cheaper insurance. However, I have found no company that I have ever heard of that is any cheaper, and most are more expensive. Thank you for your help.

I've had no interaction upon which to rate your services other than those associated with your ability to collect premiums. I believe these premiums are unrealistically high for the risk they are covering. We have no accidents, no speeding tickets, nothing to blemish our record for the past forty or so years. The rating of four stars may be unjustified.

When I had a minor fender bender, they jumped right in and guided me through an auto repair process that was, at the least, daunting. They even looked at the photos I submitted of the accident and determined that I was telling the truth regarding the collision. They confirmed that the man who backed into my car was indeed at fault, even though he claimed otherwise. I was parked behind him.

I had one claim on my home policy and the adjuster said I had no damage and I didn't need to do anything else. Months later, I received a letter stating that my home policy would not be renewed. Travelers did not spend a single penny on my home or vehicles. I suppose they don't want my business.

After my home in Minneapolis, MN suffered high wind damage to the roof, which is an act of God, Travelers raised my premium by over $600 or 33%. I wonder why I have insurance if I just have to pay my claim right back to Travelers.
