USAA has been really good on the car side but needs a little more attention when you have a possible home issue. They, however, did lower our rates when I asked them for some help on that particular subject. Maybe I should have given them four stars instead of five, but I took everything into consideration and decided they deserved five stars! We have been with them for over five years, so I just thought back on how it has been over the last five years, and I can honestly say I haven’t had any problems!

I have credit cards, bank accounts, my car loan, and car insurance all under USAA. Personally, after battling cancer and health issues, getting USAA to show compassion for my situation was nonexistent. They only seem to care about active duty members, which is the only group they will help in a financial crisis. For that reason, I am really disappointed in USAA as a whole. I think for the money, it's not worth it. There are other companies that will insure my car just the same for cheaper. I don't need to carry the USAA brand and overpay when they won't do anything for a member going through something catastrophic.
