My rates at one point were as low as $35 a month, and then all of a sudden they shot up to $55 to $58 a month with zero tickets, zero accidents, and zero claims, which is why I started shopping around. But to be perfectly honest, even though I can get insurance for $14 less a month on average, I think I'm going to stick with Geico because they were there when I needed a break, and that goes a long way with me.

It took 75 days to close a straightforward third-party claim. There were incorrect valuations, zero communication on procedures, and five different adjusters. I received two calls asking me where my car was while it was in their care. I was not able to access a rental for 15 days after the accident, and they didn't even provide a comparable one until 21 days later. They used high-pressure tactics to try to force a settlement and completely falsified narratives.
