Too expensive already and became more expensive every year!

After 20 years with Geico, I never received a discount offer. But I feel secure and protected with the company!

So far, so good, but I haven't made a claim yet, so time will tell.

They're really good at getting me the newest discounts. After checking with other companies, my renewal went down by $81.

Insurefy is a waste of time! All these online sites are just middlemen that do nothing but redirect you to the same 3 or 4 mega insurers where you will enter info repeatedly and still must speak to individually. In the end, their quotes will all be high and they will not save you any time shopping. Claimed advertised supposed savings is complete fiction.

I have been insured by GEICO since 1994. I am very pleased with their customer service and the price of my policy. I have checked with other companies and no one comes close to their insurance rates. I would highly recommend GEICO.

Adequate, doesn’t include regular maintenance but roadside assistance was excellent. Joe gave me a jump and escorted me to the nearest garage for a new battery and warranty. I did not wait long for battery installation.

Glass break coverage is great. However, the overall coverage is expensive, and most discounts seem to disappear if they decide to remove them.

It’s been okay overall—nothing amazing, but it does the job when I need it. Coverage is there, and claims/communication have been manageable, but there’s definitely room for better clarity and pricing. If I had to give a tip to a friend, I’d say: make sure you double-check your coverage details yourself and don’t assume everything you asked for is actually included. Also, shop around every now and then, because rates and coverage can change a lot between companies.

At first, I thought it might be a scam as I did it over the internet. I got worried, but GEICO came through like a champ! I'm happy!

The system is designed to control your account and make you pay higher premiums. Make sure you check everything. When you make a change, verify it because it does not update as usual. I had to call about my situation. The service representative claimed to have resolved the situation, but it was not. And time costs money.

Not too long ago, we added an additional car and changed the coverage on our existing one. This was done with no problems in a timely manner at very good rates. We've been with GEICO since 1972 and see no good reason to change.

It seems if someone has suspended insurance, you will have a hard time getting your deductible refunded.

The process of acquiring coverage for my 3 vehicles was very easy. Also, the ability to add or change coverages on your policy can be easily done online. So far, I am very pleased with my GEICO policy.

Skip GEICO and find another insurance company. My insurance went from $114 a month to $179 a month for no reason. I found much better coverage and a whole lot cheaper with State Farm.

It's gone up in cost every year. When it renews in June, it'll cost 33% more than the last renewal. We've not had any claims nor traffic citations.

Rates continue to rise with every renewal. I'm over this Geico situation.

I've only had Progressive for 3 days. It's a reputable company, and the rates were surprisingly much lower than those that advertise "new law allows drivers who drive less than 50 miles a day to get insurance under $1 per day," but then their quote ends up being $3 or more per day when you do the math. Progressive worked out to not much over $1 per day for slightly more than minimum coverage, with a 6-month term, paid in full upfront. Payment plans started at under $20 more in total.

For people that have been with them for so long, they should get some kind of discount or something for being loyal.

It's hard to remove someone from the policy. It took a minute to add them, but you have to jump through hoops and provide paperwork to get them off.

After years of being a customer with no claims and a clean driving record, it has become too expensive.

With both GEICO and Progressive, my experiences have been bad, mostly regarding billing. They both quoted a certain amount and payment schedule, and then after the first payment, they increased the future payments by an extremely higher amount than agreed upon, without me being aware. They make policy changes without notice and don’t hold up their end of the agreement. Very disappointed in both.

Do not use Geico; they make changes to your policy without authorization. They are constantly raising rates without notice.

I've been with Geico for 25 years. They don't care about you; you're just a monthly payment to them. Zero points, zero at-fault accidents, yet the premium keeps going up and up. I had one accident where I was hit from behind, and they wouldn't help me get my deductible back from the other driver's insurance company. They told me to do it myself! When I finally got a supervisor on the phone, after a few hours, she told me it's not worth their time and money to help me because it was only $2800 in damages to my car. Maybe not worth it to them, but the $1000 deductible I paid out of pocket was a big hit for me when I was the victim. What am I paying them for? When comparing rates, I found several policies that were less for the same coverage and with a $500 deductible compared to $1000 with Geico. When I asked them to match the price and deductible, they said go ahead and switch! So much for being a faithful customer for 2 1/2 decades.

Never accept Geico. Coverage doesn't match the premium's high cost. Nothing more than higher cost for less coverage.

Horrible customer service and no resolution to them understanding my checking account was hacked and they didn't receive the automatic payment where all my accounts were affected and had to change my billing information. Called a few times and got all kinds of conflicting bills. The girl who first helped me was very nice and told me she was reluctant to take a payment over the phone from me. She reported, "I'm afraid that they won't get it right!" This company disrespected my words and chose not to try and understand the truth. I would like to know a supervisor I could talk to even though I will never use them again. They charge three times as much as other agencies, no thanks.

Don't use Geico. They charged me more when I moved to Illinois, then charged me even more when I moved to South Carolina, and charged me more again when I moved back to Tennessee. What's wrong with that picture?

They seem to have more hidden fees than the competition. As for claims, I'm not confident. Supposedly the cheapest, but we'll see. It's just for now. Definitely looking elsewhere.

Terrible! I am a 65-year-old woman on disability who had a minor fender bender three years ago. They paid less than $2,000 for a scratch on the other car, and I claimed no damages on my car. They increased my insurance by over $100 a month! What’s the sense of having insurance? I should’ve paid for it out-of-pocket like so many people do.

They don't give discounts to established customers, even though other places give me more than a 50% discount.
