GEICO offers the most affordable insurance I've found. It's only $64 a month for a six-month plan, compared to other insurance plans I've had. It's nearly half the price with the same coverage. Now, I'm just waiting to see how long it takes before they increase the price like other companies do without any apparent reason.

I used to be able to talk to someone 24/7. They were absolutely helpful whenever I needed them. Lately, I can't reach a person at all. Everything is automated and I get no help at all. I've had a hard time changing my policy online. Last year, my policy increased by $150 for 6 months. Now, it has increased by $200 for 6 months. I am not happy.

This was the worst experience. None of the features I was quoted for were included in my policy. There was no motorcycle insurance and the price increased due to the lack of autopayments. This should be an option, not a mandate. Having a discount for autopayments would be unjust and biased, as it seems to favor certain customers.

The automated AI answering system tells you to wait for someone to help you, then it says Geico only sells online and hangs up.
