I've had a hard time changing my policy online. Last year, my policy increased by $150 for 6 months. Now, it has increased by $200 for 6 months. I am not happy.

This was the worst experience. None of the features I was quoted for were included in my policy. There was no motorcycle insurance and the price increased due to the lack of autopayments. This should be an option, not a mandate. Having a discount for autopayments would be unjust and biased, as it seems to favor certain customers.
