I was looking for cheaper options since they advertise that you can get a lot cheaper rates. They even offered until they noticed I had an account with them. I don't average 50 miles a day and have no tickets or DUIs ever.

Consider obtaining insurance elsewhere. Representatives are rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, and they often hang up when you ask challenging questions. They frequently make changes to your account without your approval or authorization. They change premium amounts and never explain why. I've been waiting to speak to a supervisor to understand my situation, and although my account has been escalated and has many discrepancies, no one has attempted to contact me about the issues caused by the representatives at GEICO (checked and verified by recording). I need insurance and need my account investigated! I don't have time to look for another company, but I may have to because I'm not getting anywhere, and every day GEICO adds more to my payments without explanations. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. They should treat their loyal customers with respect.
