They raise your premium significantly every 6 months. I drive about 5,000 miles a year. The vehicle sits in the garage 85% of the time. I have had one claim my entire driving existence that cost under $1,500 (driving for 30 years since 1995) and that occurred in 2017. So no claims in 9 years. It is ridiculous that my premium goes up every 6 months.

The website is not so easy to navigate. There isn’t a way to contact the customer service team directly, and it looks like they are deliberately trying to make it difficult for the customer to get in touch with a real human who can assist them.
