A person driving a vehicle they insure hit mines six weeks ago tomorrow. Per the claims adjuster they were unable to contact neither the insured nor the driver. Thirty-eight days later after the claim was filled, they are supposedly still trying to make a liability decision. Really? How complicated can something possibly be a legitimate company does daily? Unlike a blizzard, tornado, hurricane, or flood, Covid19 has impacted everyone in America so a mere assertion ascribing blame to the pandemic is insulting. Provided numerous pictures and a thorough description of the accident. Claims adjuster became irritated when asked a measly two questions, but was super friendly during the initial recorded conversation. Go figure. To top it all off, she is located halfway across the country and has failed on several occasions to respond to emails, voicemails and callback requests. Redpoint County Mutual is the insurance company. Advanced insurance group is the agent name. Commonwealth casualty company is fumbling the claim. Needless to say, suspect this debacle is far from being over.

My insurance premium was increased by $200 monthly. Contacted Geigo to inform them that we could not afford the increase as only my spouse is working. The first agent I spoke to said that my payment would revert back to what it was but never did. The second agent I spoke to told me the only way to reduce the premium is to decrease my coverage which I did, but the premium never decreased. I called and spoke to a 3rd agent after they deducted the first installment which put a big dent in our household budget. The 3rd agent told me that although I rejected the uninsured motor coverage last time, I was charged again for it this time because, I needed to elect to reject it again when they renewed my insurance and if the agents I spoke to earlier had done a little digging, they could have resolved the issue successfully. I signed the required document online to reject the uninsured auto insurance and was supposed to be reimbursed $200 for the payment they debited from my account. Yet, Geigo has scheduled to deduct the high premium from my account for the October payment. I tried to postponed the payment to have time to get the matter resolved but I could not as Geico is now saying that I owe them $200, I have been a customer of Geico for over 20 years, the last thing I expected is to get more stress and anxiety from the company during such a difficult period for our family.
