Was involved in an accident with one of their clients on 03/05/2019 and it was 100% from start to finish a terrible experience dealing with their claim rep "Carrie" that was assigned to my case. They didn't send any form of letter regarding the storage of my vehicle and then wanted me to pay for storage fees and rental fees amounting to nearly 200 dollars that I should not have been responsible for as well as suggesting I was lying regarding items damaged during the accident. When I spoke with Carrie to contest the costs giving evidence that I had done my due diligence to mitigate costs she simply said "I don't care". Absolutely disgusting way to treat the victims of accidents caused by your clients. Your client ran a red light and totaled my car you haven't even issued me the check for my claim and they are already trying to end my rental vehicle time. How am I supposed to go to work or school and buy a car now. They are giving me ZERO avenues to work with me and are treating me like I am the one who caused the accident. All of this within a span of 10 days from the accident 03/15/2019. Truly disgusting behavior, your claims staff should be ashamed for how they treat the victims of their clients accidents.

My wife and I have had the misfortune of having two major losses in the past five years. I want to say that I have seldom been treated with the level of professionalism, honesty, fairness we experienced in those two instances. Both at the company level and with our local Agent. We are beyond satisfied! Excellent customer service.

West Bend Mutual is a GREAT insurance company. Their customer service is second to none. I have been insured at all of the big companies with various bad experiences at all of them. West Bend is smaller and they still give you the service and attention of a smaller company when you need their assistance most.
