Agents for a Paycheck

The agent I pay the majority of my claim to did literally nothing when I had a claim that wasn't even my fault. Luckily, I was able to resolve the matter myself with the other insurance company. My advice is to go with another company that offers quality customer service. They were still telling me I might not get compensated six months after everything was settled and I was paid by the other insurance company. Thanks a lot! Not.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. During this time, I had one windshield glass replacement claim and no traffic violations. Despite this, I found the company to be very expensive. I was able to save $45.00 per month with a new carrier!

I filed a claim for a robbery and was given inaccurate critical information on the amount of time I had to file a claim. The claim was reassigned to four different adjusters. Approximately $10k in property was stolen. I had $35k in replacement coverage and received only $1.7k.

Feeling Misled

Everything started off great, but once I signed up and provided all the necessary information, communication dropped off. Even when I reached out to my agent, I would never receive a personal call back. Instead, I would hear from his secretary, if she called at all. I signed up for a program that evaluated my driving and scored it, but the app didn't seem to work properly. It would inaccurately report hard braking and incorrect travel locations. Even when I drove very safely and slowly, it didn't seem to record those instances. Instead, it seemed to only record instances where I had to drive a bit faster or slow down quickly due to unexpected traffic conditions. I didn't have a great experience with this program. To add insult to injury, they informed me that my policy was going to increase every month, despite never having an accident or receiving any tickets.

Unaffordable Rates That Increase Monthly

Terrible, I wouldn't ever recommend Country Financial to anyone. My policy kept increasing monthly without any explanation, despite not having any new accidents or tickets. They didn't offer many discounts and it became unaffordable very quickly.
