No claims or any other negative reports but they increased my cost more then 50%. Of course I went somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. I see I’m not alone given the other reviews I have read. Avoid this insurance company at all costs!! They are completely unprofessional and only interested in taking your money. My adjuster was Jessica Sanders. I have called and left repeated messages for Jessica without a call back. Once I finally got a call back the message she left was rude and she called both me and my mechanic a liar because she told us one thing then changed her mind but didn’t decide to update myself or the mechanic. She also told me not to call her back. Really?!!! While I was waiting for Jessica to call me back I tried to reach out to her boss, Ray Johnson multiple times. Surprise surprise he did not return any of my calls either. I have also reached out to the supplements dept multiple times, as it was suggested by my adjuster and haven’t heard back from them either. I called the regular customer service line and was told there is no contact information for whomever is above Ray Johnson and I would need to talk to my adjuster to get things resolved. Well I would love to but she’s incompetent and doesn’t do her job. It is going on two weeks and I am still no closer to getting my car back which is resulting in lost money since my husband needs the car to go to work. No one at this company cares about their customers but I can guarantee that if they were in my shoes they would want some answers too. Absolutely unacceptable and a terrible way to treat people!! Worst insurance company ever!!
I signed up for this insurance when I got my first car and it was exciting times, unfortunately I got into an accident and the comfort and security that an insurance company is suppose to bring, was not something I was ever going to know. Kemper Infinity Auto has brought me the worst auto insurance experience I could have even imagined. While in the process of filling my claim, the adjuster assigned to my claim was let go; and the case was never reassigned- leaving it incorrectly inputted for months, which resulted in me paying thousands of dollar to my lien holder because this company does not care about the people they say they consider "family". To fix this situation, I, a paying customer had to connect three-way calls between each company and department because no one at this insurance company wanted to do their job of processing claims correctly. Now after a year I think my policy is over, because the contract I signed was for a year and I never authorized for them to automatically renew my policy- hell, I don't even have a car, but low and behold posted to my checking account is another charged from this company. So unless you like to be charged amounts you never agreed to, and then demand refunds that could've been avoided in the first place or you like forcing people to their jobs- don't use this company and learn from my mistake.

was in an auto accident w/ full coverage, they promised an amount they never paid, I made several calls, sent emails and even spoke with the supervisors manager and they never paid the claim. They waited a yr and a half later until i gave up and removed totaled car from my policy they closed the claim and avoided my calls. my car caught fire last night they did not help either, was told i had to find a way to get my burned car off the street and they can help after. This gave me the worst anxiety attack. This company really makes me depressed. I pay on time every month for yrs and they cant even return a call or email. Now they changed the name because of all the bad reviews.shame on you

They are THE WORSE!!! Nobody answer our phone calls, nor emails. We are waiting almost a month to be contact. Be careful to insure your cars/tracks with them!!! They do not care about our time and business at all. I need my track to be repair and they dragging legs. They just sent us ridiculous quote that is $5,500 less from the body shop.

Can You all make sure w@h handling adjusters control their children/noises when speaking w people.Outrageous how many times I had to repeat myself because of her background better please, and little more professionalism wouldn't hurt either.

I was hit by one their clients. I drive a yukon xl denali . Im a lux black driver with lyft. They didn't want to pay me for lost wages saying that I could rent a car from lyft to continue working. I told the rep I cant rent a yukon from lyft and they told me I'm SOL!... I missed a lot of money that week. I should have lawyered up but didnt think it was that serious seeming how minor the damage was. They took 3 days to approve the funds for my repairs. After I called the headquarters myself because the body shop couldn't reach anyone. Stay away from INFINITY INSURANCE! And if someone hits you with INFINITY INSURANCE get a lawyer and get all of your money!

I'm a person that works focused on providing the best customer services I can and when I heard her reaction to my questions, looks definitely like she hates her job.
