Provided numerous pictures and a thorough description of the accident. Claims adjuster became irritated when asked a measly two questions, but was super friendly during the initial recorded conversation. Go figure. To top it all off, she is located halfway across the country and has failed on several occasions to respond to emails, voicemails and callback requests. Redpoint County Mutual is the insurance company. Advanced insurance group is the agent name. Commonwealth casualty company is fumbling the claim. Needless to say, suspect this debacle is far from being over.

They have been very supportive and was able to be there when we had a claim to file. They have been very quick in their responses. I wish we could stay with them. I was very satisfied with them. They were very professional and was there when we needed them. We really like them.
I already told you. Got treated very badly first month with you. You tried to take money from my account for a year payment when I was month to month. Tried,more than once .Threatened me with cancelation, raised my quotes rate 3 times without telling me. Lousy agent. Lied to. Stolen from. Cost me money,which you did pay back. Rotten service all around. Every month you change my due date. It was suppose to be the 15th of each month, now it's the 9th. I don't trust you people. My rate now is not what I was quoted. I want cheaper insurance because I have and always have had a clean record and hardly ever drive. You won't give me what I need or want. You say you can't. So, I'm looking elsewhere. I've found one for $55.00monthly. Can you beat that?
