I was a passenger in vehicle that had full coverage and they wont pay my doxtor bills only offered me $300.00 in a serious accident the rental the insured was operating had faulty seatbelts so i was not able to be safely as a passenger and we got in an accident. They should have had to give me at least the bills they told me to send them and they would pay but they didnt and you know i am mad about that. I guess i should have been offered an attorney i am about to sign the $300 and feel unprotected from the wholedeal its been 7 months since and the best offer wasv$300 give me a break what pain and suffering i did means nothing to them and what ever they lack for replacement vehicles alone i would have got more than that without the accident even happening

My personal opinion Hartford needs to dump TrueLane! Hartford Customer Service Is Excellent quotes are decent but the App is In accurate & Stressful!
