I have had Arbella Ins for many years and I thought they were ok well because they took my money every year. Now I find I needed help with a water bathroom issue and its been horrible!!! Why is it that I pay them 1,000 a year and after 20 years you want their help and they treat you like a stranger or worse. Why do we pay them every year for ins protection what are they protecting , they never come out during the year to say we are here to make sure your safe. No they just keep taking the money. ************* ******** ** *********,Says first try to resolve the issue and contact the insurance co but we have done that and just keep getting the same lines all from different people so how is that a resolution? Next stop ******** *******! And Social Media people need to know!

Arbella is ***** All they want is your money. After we had a accident they denied our claim because our car was hit by non vehicle related!!! What kind of insurance policy is that? I had never heard of anything as stupid as it sound. If you Arbella dont want to honor your policy, please use your head and think of something more realitic. Thanks and good luck with your dishonor bussiness.

I’ve been a customer of Arbella for 3 years with an auto policy. I was in an accident that wasn’t my fault and this insurance company claimed it was my fault from the very beginning, even though I had proof. They didn’t listen to my case and canceled my policy and they sent a letter to the state which resulted in getting 3 points added to my license which means that they were trying to get more money out of me and increase my policy. This company is pathetic, unethical and I would advise anyone looking for insurance coverage to look elsewhere. Arbella should be placed under review for there bad business practices. It’s a crime what they are doing to customers.

Ii is very strange, that, after i received the bill, I called Arbella and asked- what the extra charges are, and the answer is "May be is this or that" or "ask the agent" and agent told me ask the Arbella. how you can charge the costumer, but you do not know why that charge is!!!!!!. There is only one reason, fraud and rip off. shame, shame shame.
They have taken over 6 months to provide us with a settlement. They do not care about the displacement of my family, they are only concerned with saving money. We are switching providers ASAP. Insurance agent is supposed to be there for us and he is rude and does not care about our family.
We had damage in our home due to a failed sump pump, neither insurance agent or Arbella notified us that this wasn't covered even thought it came with the house, it was a new construction. We reported the loss and the adjuster has us call ******* ****** for clean up, the came in, ripped floor and walls and left equipment for a few days, in all this time the adjuster just told us to call her once they we're done. Adjuster came in to see house after service was done and mentioned that there was no sump pump coverage, now we have a $1300.00 bill that we can't pay. This could have been easily avoided if the adjuster would have check first, she could have come to the house, review coverage and then inform us what our options were, not the other way around. Now in addition to the bill, we have ripped floors and broken walls. And to top it all off they cancelled the insurance for submitting a claim.

Arbella has insured our condo building for 11years. In the 11 years that they have insured us we have had to file two claims due to extreme winter conditions causing ice dam damage and frozen water pipe damage. Both times they sent their appraiser and their adjuster awarded us money for repairs. we have recently been notified that due to excessive claims Arbella is dropping our coverage. Love the insurance scam here in America. They are very happy to take our premiums to invest and make money but when you have valid damages that are covered by the insurance policy they don't want you to make a claim. Interesting phenomenon
I had been an Arbella customer for many years insuring both my residence and an auto with this company. Recently, I received a non-renewal letter after a claim was filed and awarded due to the stated policy terms. It seems unethical and unfair that an insurance company would choose to terminate a long time customer over coverage THEY decided to provide and both parties agreed to honor. When the claim was filed, the assigned agent who was very knowledgeable and courteous, informed us that the policy would indeed cover the claim. After weeks of stating the delay of the payout was due to their volume of claims, a manager contacted me and told me that the claim would not be covered since her decision was based on a report from an assessor that they paid, and which was ordered by them 2-3 weeks after their agreeing that the claim was in fact covered. After speaking with the manager, she realized she did not have a legitimate case and agreed to pay the amount which is clearly stated in the policy. Two-three weeks later, we received a non- renewal letter. This means that they decided to discontinue our insurance policy. Once this happens, it is difficult to get another insurance company to insure you since your previous policy was cancelled and they do not want to increase their risk for potential reoccurring claims. My advice to anyone looking for an ethical insurance company who values their customers and values loyalty is DO NOT CHOOSE ARBELLA! Had I known what their reputation is and what their practices are I would never have chosen Arbella to protect our assets and would never have been loyal to them by paying the premiums year after year. Do not trust this company to do what is best for you and to follow their terms and conditions written by them.

I want to expressed my disappointment of how I was treated this month when I filled a claim. First of all I went to their so called adjuster, then he took photos of my car, then he told me he'll send it to Will H***** at the Wakefield claim office. At first it was going well, then Mr H***** called and he left me a message appraisal is ready and he would like to speak to me and go over it. I called back twice left a message he never return my call. Today I was waiting because they are supposed to send it to me and I can fix my car but instead a call from another person who wants me to call him back, he said that a person will come and look at the car again in my house or at my work. I am really angry and insulted. it's like I am lying and making a false claim, yea right? I am sensitive to this kind of process. I never filed a false claim, I've been with this company a long time, went to ******* for my car for a few years for a better deal, then Arbella being my home insurer said they want to drop my Home insurance if I don't go back with my car insurance with them, and so i returned in 2014. Well perhaps it's been too long, the relationship became stale. This isn't how you treat a long time customer.I am real DISAPPOINTED.
