All of the hard work you guys have done to try to find me the cheapest rate and always staying in contact with me to make sure everything is going okay I love this they really are kindness towards their future customers
The last three policy periods Allstate has increased my premiums. I have no accidents, no tickets, no DUI's, no nothing and yet you continue to punishment me by raising my rates. Last period I had to raise my deductible from 500 to 750 just so I could continue to pay my premiums. I am VERY, VERY, VERY UNHAPPY with Allstate. Allstate gets a ZERO rating from me.
A person driving a vehicle they insure hit mines six weeks ago tomorrow. Per the claims adjuster they were unable to contact neither the insured nor the driver. Thirty-eight days later after the claim was filled, they are supposedly still trying to make a liability decision. Really? How complicated can something possibly be a legitimate company does daily? Unlike a blizzard, tornado, hurricane, or flood, Covid19 has impacted everyone in America so a mere assertion ascribing blame to the pandemic is insulting. Provided numerous pictures and a thorough description of the accident. Claims adjuster became irritated when asked a measly two questions, but was super friendly during the initial recorded conversation. Go figure. To top it all off, she is located halfway across the country and has failed on several occasions to respond to emails, voicemails and callback requests. Redpoint County Mutual is the insurance company. Advanced insurance group is the agent name. Commonwealth casualty company is fumbling the claim. Needless to say, suspect this debacle is far from being over.
