Thirty-eight days later after the claim was filled, they are supposedly still trying to make a liability decision. Really? How complicated can something possibly be a legitimate company does daily? Unlike a blizzard, tornado, hurricane, or flood, Covid19 has impacted everyone in America so a mere assertion ascribing blame to the pandemic is insulting. Provided numerous pictures and a thorough description of the accident. Claims adjuster became irritated when asked a measly two questions, but was super friendly during the initial recorded conversation. Go figure. To top it all off, she is located halfway across the country and has failed on several occasions to respond to emails, voicemails and callback requests. Redpoint County Mutual is the insurance company. Advanced insurance group is the agent name. Commonwealth casualty company is fumbling the claim. Needless to say, suspect this debacle is far from being over.
