******HORRIBLE COMPANY****** I PLACED A CLAIM LAST WEEK, I HAVE FULL COVERAGE YET MY INSURANCE DOESNT COVER FOR A RENTAL....THE ADJUSTOR IT WAS ASSIGNED TO (TYLER T*******) WAS NO HELP AT ALL, HE STATED HE NEEDED TO MAIL ME PAPERWORK TO BE SIGNED VIA US MAIL AND THAT I WAS NEEDING TO SIGN IT AND MAIL IT BACK WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE SINCE ITS 2019 AND NOBODY USES THE US POSTAL SYSTEM ANY MORE, HE REFUSED TO OVERNIGHT THE PACKET. EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I ASKED HIM HE COULD NOT ANSWER WITHOUT COVERING THE PHONE AND ASKING SOMEONE ELSE, HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND WAS MOST LIKELY A TRAINEE SINCE HE HAS NO ANSWERS TO ANY OF THE QUESTIONS I ASKED. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ELSE HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL, I HAVE CALLED HIS SUPERVISOR RUBEN Y****** MULTIPLE TIMES AS WELL AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACK. THIS IS SUCH A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PAY A LITTLE MORE MONEY ON INSURANCE FOR A BETTER COMPANY BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. NOT EVEN SURE HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS OPPERATING THIS WAY.
On the 23rd of November, I called to speak to someone about cancelling my insurance. After a couple of calls, I was unable to get a hold of anyone. The same issue was had on the 24th. On the 26th I called again but the same thing happened. I would reach the customer service line where an automated service would give me options about how to reach certain branches of the company. Once again I couldn't get in touch with customer service, or any other branch or manager of all the options available. I eventually left messages with a few people in the marketing department stating that I wished to speak with someone asap about canceling my insurance, and even wrote a few emails to whatever emails were provided on the website. My email was " Hello, my name is ********* ****** I am writing this email because I want to cancel my policy with suncoast insurance. I have tried talking to customer service but no one has been available for the past 3 days, and its been the same with the marketing department. Please get in contact with me as soon as possible. Thank you." The email I got back from the marketing department was as follows, received on the 28th of November. " *********, I’ve received your email forwarded to our marketing department. Unfortunately, you need to request cancellation through or service department, or with your insurance agent: L.A. INS AGENCY AZ18, LLC - Producer#0********* 1610 N 75TH AVE #108, PHOENIX, AZ, 85035 Office (623) 691-9000 Fax (623) 691-9001 EMAIL: ADMIN@LAINSURANCEAZ.COM I know you tried on Friday, however, we were closed for the holdiay break. I have forwarded your message below, regarding your policy # *************** to our customer service department via carbon copy of this email. If you would please work directly with them (or your agent) we can get your policy address per your instruction. Thank you, Scott B As I stated I got this email on the 28th, even though the letter I got today, on the 10th of December states that my insurance was canceled on the 26th. This was done without my knowledge or without any other form of contact with me. Which means that before I even got to speak with someone, they canceled my insurance on me. Up to the current date, under my knowledge with the interactions, I assumed I was still insured,only to find out that I haven't been insured for 2 weeks without them telling me, which put me at a very great risk. I am very unhappy with their inability to communicate something as important as a canceled insurance policy in a timely manner and without letting me know until two weeks later. I am also unhappy with the fact that after numerous voice messages and emails, only one person replied to me. They have no way of getting in touch with them effectively. I am very displeased with all of this, and would have been extremely angry if I had gotten into an accident only to find out that I no longer have insurance and had not been notified.
