I've had Amica as my car insurer for 3 years now. Fortunately, I've only had to contact them once regarding a crack in my windshield. They were very responsive and even emailed me a list of pre-approved auto glass shops that they work with in the area to get the problem fixed (note: they allowed me to get it fixed anywhere, but the pre-approved locations saved the hassle of sending them the receipts and getting reimbursed). Their website was laid out well and the claims center was easy to find. I also have them for my home insurance, so they give a good deal for bundled rates.
Overall, I would definitely recommend them.
