I have been with Amica since 1968 and their claims processing is simply the best! They process immediately and pay in full without any petty niggling, sense of pushback, last minute 'exceptions' or legal jargon that 'I should have been aware of because it is plainly written in your policy'! The only reason we are shopping is that our rates have gone up almost 33% - from $2000 in 2018 to $3100 in 2020 - and we have been fault-free for the last five years.

Great coverage and customer service, although there was a small issue when getting a binder for our most recent home purchase. They could have better online options, but honestly, the coverage is top-tier and the prices are competitive. We love Amica, plus they have a top-tier rating on Consumer Reports!

I've never had a bad experience with Amica. They've always been kind at the local office and the outside customer service operators whenever I've had a question about my policy. I'm not really looking to change to somewhere else. I do get curious at times just to see if anyone else is cheaper than Amica, so far no one else has been able to beat Amica so I'm sticking with them. Thank you for providing the best and greatest coverage on my vehicle and home. Keep up the great work :)

Inexperienced representatives.

The initial salesperson told me that I was covered for rideshare over two months ago. Suddenly, my insurance was canceled because Amica doesn't cover rideshare. It was a very poor experience.

The customer service is very poor, which is unfortunate because my family has been with Amica for over 10 years.
