State Farm offers a variety of car insurance coverage options, including:

  • Liability, including bodily injury and property damage. 
  • Collision: Pays to repair or replace your vehicle after a collision with another object, or if it rolls over. Extends beyond your own car to also cover non-owned cars, temporary substitute cars, and newly-acquired cars. 
  • Comprehensive: Pays to repair or replace your vehicle if it's stolen or damaged by fire, wind, hail, flood, vandalism, hitting an animal, etc. 
  • Uninsured/underinsured motorist: Pays for your medical bills, lost income, and damages after an accident in which the at-fault driver has little or no liability insurance. 
  • Medical payments: Pays for medical and funeral expenses of the policyholder, passengers, or a member of the policyholder's family if they’re injured in an accident, regardless of who is at fault.

State Farm offers comprehensive motorcycle insurance for two- and three-wheeled bikes, including factory-built motorcycles, classic motorcycles, custom motorcycles, motor scooters, minibikes, and trail bikes.

Motorcycle insurance policy coverages with State Farm include:

  • Liability, including bodily injury and property damage.

With a State Farm boat insurance policy, your runabout,sport boat, cruiser, yacht, sailboat, bass boat, Jet Skis, houseboat, kayaks, and canoes will be protected from a number of perils, such as sinkings, fires, thefts, storms, collisions, capsizings, explosions, and strandings. 

Standard boat insurance coverages include:

Most homeowners insurance policies do not protect against flood damage. State Farm offers flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), which is administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

State Farm’s Identity Restoration Insurance makes recovering your identity after a theft easier and less expensive. This coverage can be added to your State Farm home, renters, condo, mobile home, or farm and ranch policy, and covers you, your spouse, and any dependents under 21 years old living in your home. 

Coverages include:

  • Case management: Provides you with an individual case manager who'll work directly with your credit card companies and other financial institutions for up to one year after a covered loss. 
  • Expense reimbursement: Pays up to $25,000 for credit restoration expenses, such as refiling applications for loans, credit reports, attorney fees, and more. 

State Farm Life Insurance Company provides a variety of term, whole, universal, and small business life insurance plans. 

State Farm offers a selection of term life insurance policies, so you can pick one that best fits your needs and budget. Each policy provides coverage for a family’s loss of income and long term expenses, such as mortgages and education. 

  • Select Term Life: Choose a 10, 20, or 30 year policy length and a death benefit starting at $100,000. 
  • Return of Premium Term Life: Choose a 20 or 30 year policy with level premium payments. Coverage starts at $100,000. If you outlive your policy period, all payments are returned to you. 
  • Mortgage Term Life: Cover mortgage payments in the event of an untimely death. Choose a 15 or 30 year policy with coverage starting at $50,000. Coverage amounts decrease overtime to match your mortgage payments.
  • Instant Answer Term Insurance®: Provides a basic level of life insurance at $50,000. This policy lasts for 10 years or until you turn 50 years old (whichever comes first). 

State Farm’s whole life insurance policies build cash value to provide your family with a death benefit that can replace a loss of income, repay a mortgage, pay for tuition, etc. Coverage plans include:

  • Limited Pay Life: A lifetime of benefits with premium payments limited to 10, 15, or 20 years. 
  • Single Premium Life: A lifetime of benefits for a one time premium payment.
  • Final Expenses: Provides a death benefit of $10,000 to cover funeral and burial costs. 

Lastly, universal life insurance plans not only provide death benefits, but they also offer access to cash value that you may withdraw from for personal expenses. 

Your premium payments are held in an account where they build tax-deferred interest. State Farm offers three different universal life plans:

  • Universal Life: Provides a set death benefit. You may choose your premium payments. 
  • Survivorship Universal Life: Provides coverage for two people, and is less expensive than owning two individual whole life insurance policies. The death benefit is paid out when the last person named on the policy dies. 
  • Joint Universal Life: Covers two people, and is less expensive than owning two individual whole life insurance policies. The death benefit is paid out after the first person named on the policy dies. 

State Farm offers Small Business Life Insurance to protect the success of your business after an unexpected death. Plans include:

  • Business Continuation: Provides assistance in transitioning your business to heirs or surviving owners after your death. 
  • Key Employees: Provides financial assistance to ensure your business remains profitable when a key employee dies unexpectedly. 
  • Employee Benefits: Provides group life insurance benefits to your employees. 
  • Key Employee Incentives: Allows you to choose which employees receive fringe benefits such as Split Dollar, Executive Bonus, etc.

State Farm offers long-term care insurance if you or a loved one needs help paying for professional assistance in a nursing home, living facility, or even your own home. 

Not only does this policy cover the cost of care, but it also allows you to protect your savings and other assets while maintaining your quality of life. 

State Farm offers a variety of disability insurance options to cover your monthly expenses (like mortgage, car loans, groceries, and more) if you’re sick or injured and can no longer work. Disability insurance plans include:

  • Long-term disability: Pays monthly benefits directly to you when you’re unable to work because of an injury/illness. You can choose the length of time you must be disabled for before benefits start and the length of time you would receive benefits. Benefits range from $5,000 to $20,000 a month, based on your income and occupation. 
  • Short-term disability: Provides one- and three-year benefit periods, with a monthly benefit amount ranging from $300 to $3,000, depending on your income and occupation.
  • Mortgage disability: Covers your monthly mortgage payments for up to three years if you’re injured/sick and can no longer work. 
  • Individual credit disability: Sends loan payments directly to your lender so that your credit isn’t damaged when you’re unable to work. 

A State Farm® Personal Liability Umbrella Policy (PLUP) can provide additional liability protection when the limits on your homeowners auto, or boat insurance policies have been reached. Coverage starts at $1 million and can be increased by increments of $1 million.  

Personal umbrella insurance provides coverage against personal claims, like defamation of character, libel, or slander.

State Farm offers small business and professional liability insurance to cover the defense costs that come with customer claims of professional negligence, error, or omission. Coverage options include:

After 35 years and staying with State Farm knowing I️ could get a cheaper insurance rate with another provider- you guys are dropping my child from coverage due to one fender accident. Pretty sure over the years we have given you @$500,000 between cars and houses insurance payments...we have never nickel and dimes you in minimal insurance claims..and you may have paid out $10,000 max to us in car repairs over the years...broken windshield, fender repair, etc...but y’all first go to move is to drop a family member...after all this time. And my local agent can’t be of any help to me. So were shopping around and will be taking ALL our business somewhere...
