Terrible customer service. Filed a claim against their insured, who was 100% at fault in a car vs. motorcycle accident. No follow up, the adjuster showed up at the garage to get an estimate then refused to answer calls to authorize the work. I had to lay out the cost and file with my insurance company to get it fixed before the summer riding season was over. This company should not be allowed to conduct business with the blatant policy of ignoring people until they go away.
