The advertisement on TV states, "Mercury always looks for the lowest price." Rates were extremely high and was raised after a contract was agreed to by both parties. Then when I cancelled the company still ripped me off by not refunding the $200 plus I paid for the month of December by trying to state that the original price was not valid and therefore the amount refunded was based on the new agreement by the company.
