They are a great insurance company. However, they dropped my house insurance after I made claims. I am looking to bundle house and auto for the best deals. I had never made a claim before, but life happens. The first claim was for the water heater, followed by a leak in the foundation. When another leak was found, instead of it being considered as one claim, it was assigned a separate claim status.

I've had no interaction upon which to rate your services other than those associated with your ability to collect premiums. I believe these premiums are unrealistically high for the risk they are covering. We have no accidents, no speeding tickets, nothing to blemish our record for the past forty or so years. The rating of four stars may be unjustified.

When I had a minor fender bender, they jumped right in and guided me through an auto repair process that was, at the least, daunting. They even looked at the photos I submitted of the accident and determined that I was telling the truth regarding the collision. They confirmed that the man who backed into my car was indeed at fault, even though he claimed otherwise. I was parked behind him.

They are dependable and their office is in my area. However, I feel they should be more forthcoming with suggestions on how to save more on my policy. For instance, I took the AAA retest on driving and scored high. I informed the agent and received a negligible discount. Also, I only use my car locally, which should reduce my premium more substantially. I have been with this agency for many years, so I expect more personal help with my premiums. Being on Social Security and with no accidents, I would like to see more discounts in my premiums. I pay over $1000 per year!
