Good service and no claim difficulties, but I think I'm overpaying.

All was good until the annual renewal. Then premiums went up 13% despite no claims and having premiums on autopay. I'm not happy.

We had a tire blowout recently, and I ordered a tow truck on the app without having to speak with anyone. The car was picked up and delivered at no extra cost.

You'll pay a high price for your policy.

I've never had a claim, so I'm good and haven't had any problems. I just upgraded my vehicle and was surprised at the cost of the new vehicle's premium.

No appreciation for a customer who remained loyal for over 50 years. They give me the runaround when I ask about discounts for having no DUI or any tickets and had one claim (hit a tent pole at Chick-fil-A) resulting in a policy increase.

If you have damage to your car and State Farm tells you to take the car to Joe Hudson's, DO NOT. They did not put all of the chrome back on my car. I have tried 3 times to contact them, they tell me they will get back to me and have not. State Farm did nothing to help with the matter.

While the rate is fairly competitive, the company is extremely slow in providing purchased policy information, as well as non-existent notifications and updates via their apps and online service. Totally frustrated with them.

The cost continues to rise, even though I joined them in the first place in an attempt to save money, and I've done the opposite. All they want to do is sell me on everything rather than take care of the needs I'm asking to have addressed. I was told 6 weeks ago that I had a refund coming when I switched from a homeowner's policy to a renter's policy. I never received the check. Now it's another 3 weeks before they can re-issue the check. I applied for a re-rate three weeks ago on my auto policy, as I am paying over $100 a month for driving less than 50 miles a week. I still haven't received a reply to that application.

Look, we were dropped because we filed three claims and used roadside service in the same year. We have had State Farm for a very long time and I’ve never really had to use it until this past year. Not only have our rates increased, but we were dropped for accidents that we were not at fault for. Very disappointed in customer service. I've been with them since 1960 and have only made one claim ever for $350 total. I had hurricane damage to my home in North Carolina amounting to approximately $7,000. They only covered $1,700. The first bill just to get the trees off the roof was $2,200, and the debris is still there.

State Farm raised my insurance rates by over $100.00 a month without any explanation or warning. I had no tickets or accidents. I tried to find out why, but no one would tell me. My experience with State Farm was disappointing.

Terribly disappointed after State Farm coverage for 60 years. House and lanai roofs damaged from Milton. State Farm wanted to replace only half the lanai roof, although it wouldn't match the remaining half that wasn't blown off. They wanted to replace 20 shingles on a 20-year-old roof, although the same shingle was no longer available and wouldn't match. State Farm's total estimated damage for roofs and other damage was so low it was less than the deductible. Not one dollar paid! Unacceptable for a $5100/year policy.

Horrible experience. After 30 years and a clean driving record, you are treated like a criminal with outrageous price increases.

They do not assist with condo subrogation or water damage from other units.

I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends because they are always increasing their premiums. If you are on a fixed income, you cannot afford to have your insurance keep going up.
