Excellent service.

Overall reasonable prices. What I don't like is an increase every 6 months. Only a few bucks, but annoying when I've had no claims.

I had no problem until I had a problem. I hit a fast track divider post to avoid getting into an accident. They said I was 51% at fault and paid nothing.

I have been with State Farm for all of my driving life, nearly 60 years, and with only one accident, no tickets, and no DUIs. The cost is way too high for a 76-year-old driver who has been loyal "forever." The team I'm with is great, but the cost is terrible.

When I was involved in an accident, I had no problems getting through to my agent's office or getting everything taken care of. Amy Brown's State Farm is awesome. I love everybody there.

The insurance is great; no other company can beat it. I just think I'm paying too much for the miles I drive per year. I only drive under 5,000 miles a year, and I am paying for 15,000 miles or more for a year.

I've been with SF for 31 years, and the only thing I wish would change is the "incentive discounts." For example, rewards for no DWIs, no ticket violations, and only 2 claims in 31 years. I say that's having a good record.

I've been with State Farm for a long time. Cheryl Beckert was great, but she retired. She was my agent for years. Prices kept going up. I had both my house and two vehicles covered. Agent Karen was hard to contact. One girl in the office always tried to help me and would call me back. They suggested dropping medical coverage on me because I had Medicare, but the savings weren't worth it. I'm 80 and need insurance as soon as possible for one vehicle.

I had a death in the family and had to travel to New York. I was late with one payment and they canceled my policy this morning. My vehicle is not even worth $12,000, and they continue to raise the cost of the monthly payment no matter how safely I was driving.

It's okay. I'm trying to get more of a discount with my driving record, but they keep telling me I already have all the discounts they can offer. I have 2 cars and a motorcycle plus renters insurance. You can't drive all vehicles at the same time, so where is the discount when 2 of your vehicles are sitting idle and not being used? I have an excellent driving record, no DUIs, no tickets, and no accidents, yet they still can't offer me a discount. They were trying to start charging me over $200 a month, $205 to be exact. For a few months, I kept asking them these questions about why I am paying so much, but no definite answer. All they kept saying is that is the nation's standard. All of a sudden, my bill drops down to $189.91 per month. Not much of a drop, but no explanation for the drop. When I asked if it can go lower, they say that's the lowest unless I change my deductible. So why am I still paying a high rate when other ads are showing you can pay as little as $39 a month for the same type of coverage I have? I have been with State Farm for about 6 years. Before that, I had Allstate, and they basically gave the same runaround on quotes. I keep it so I have coverage, and it gets very tedious trying to search for the lowest rate when all of the other companies keep asking you the same questions to get your policy started. I fill all the info out, but when the comparison quotes start rolling in, what type of car, do you want to add another car, I try inputting info for my motorcycle, it doesn't let me. So where is the easy part from signing up online? It is very, very, very frustrating.

State Farm insurance has no loyalty to customers who have been with them for over 20 years, have low daily mileage, and are safe drivers. They charge too much for good drivers. I have a 2005 Toyota Avalon Limited with 104,725 miles, and I drive less than 10 miles a day. For full coverage for 6 months, they charge me $1,165.00. That's too much. I'm looking for another insurance company ASAP. It's a rip-off, and I'm very disappointed as a loyal customer.

I was driving down the road and someone changed lanes and hit me. State Farm made me pay out of pocket to repair my vehicle if I wanted it back soon, or they said I could wait and they would collect from the other insurance company. They never collected a dime, so all costs minus the deductible were out of my own pocket. Very discouraging, considering the fact that I've been with them for several years.

I would find a cheaper alternative like Geico. As soon as you have one mess up, even though you have been with them for more than twenty years, they will raise your prices. It's at the point where Geico is $150.00 a month cheaper.
