After a period of the Tucson agent leaving and transferring to a new agent, and then the policy for CA being taken over by a CA agent, things seem to go smoothly.

I have had very little contact with the office of this agent. I have not even received a Christmas card, a birthday card, or a call, but that doesn’t matter because the times that I’ve had claims, which has only been twice in the past 5-6 years, they have responded excellently. However, that is the claims office, not my agent.

So far, excellent. We are in a claim. We'll see how that goes.

No matter how many cars I have, each quote covers additional liability. If I am the only driver, why is liability added over and over again? I can still drive only one car at a time. The service through an agent is more than fair. I guess they are comparable to anything else available on the market.

Endurance was difficult to work with. They only agreed to cover my car repairs when I mentioned I wanted to cancel the policy, which was not what they informed Cutter Services. This has been the second time they refused to pay anything for my repairs, and I've only submitted three repair jobs since 2023. For the first one, I still had to pay over $300; for the second one, I paid the entire bill of $3,000; and the third repair bill was $7,000, which they denied and has not yet been done. So, I canceled my coverage with Endurance.

After 40 years without a glitch, no contact was made to us when we were late on one item out of three in our bundle. This happened a few months after State Farm made their first claim payout in decades. The amount was well under the repair cost. For being late, our coverage was increased by $132 every 6 months. Now they told us they never call anymore if a payment is late. Not the insurance company to retire with.

Someone ran into our truck, and then one of those concrete stop things in the parking space at Golden Corral proceeded to rip the protective barrier from underneath my car. Being on a household plan does provide a lower premium, which is good. However, I'm a senior citizen living on Social Security and drive an average of only 2,500 miles per year. I have no accidents and no DUIs but still pay $57 per month for only 60/30 Liability, which increases yearly. It seems like there should be a better household plan with a lower premium for my circumstances.

The insurance claim agents never look at the accidents to see when the claimants overcharge State Farm. State Farm never investigates the claims fairly because they will never leave their computers to check out what is true or false. State Farm paid $18,000 for a fender bender I had in SF in 2021 because I ran into an older car in front of me. That was ridiculous.

They are canceling my policy, so I'd give them a zero! I've had a great record for 50 years. No tickets, no accidents, always paid on time, good credit score, CDL for 30 years. I had an accident where I was an innocent bystander. It totaled my car of 18 years. It hurt! Then I got a different car, and it got keyed. So I turned it in. Had no idea it was strike three, you're out. I'm hurt, I'm angry. I paid $93 a month for full coverage, including renters. Now I'm looking at $400 a month or just liability. No renters! I won't ever refer anyone to them. I've taken two sons and my granddaughter. I hope they go elsewhere. Everyone says State Farm is notorious for this.
