So far, it's the best insurance I've had for my cars, and I honestly recommend it.

State Farm is good and trustworthy. I dislike the fact that they increase the payment, but just recently they surprised me and lowered it. I would tell a friend that State Farm is actually good, especially when I'm paying under $100.00, and so far no other insurance has beaten that yet!

Over the years, we have been clients of several different State Farm agencies across the country, from SC to California and different small towns. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They have taken care of us and our family in an excellent fashion. They have provided the utmost support, care, and attention. I am looking around for ways to decrease our monthly costs, however, due to severely limited income since we are both retired and the economy is terrible. State Farm has been doing a wonderful job and providing us with the absolute best resources for many years.

I'm pleased with State Farm. I have been with them for more than forty years. I love and appreciate the staff at my agent's office for their kindness and helpfulness.

I have been with State Farm for all of my driving life, nearly 60 years, and with only one accident, no tickets, and no DUIs. The cost is way too high for a 76-year-old driver who has been loyal "forever." The team I'm with is great, but the cost is terrible.

When I was involved in an accident, I had no problems getting through to my agent's office or getting everything taken care of. Amy Brown's State Farm is awesome. I love everybody there.

The insurance claim agents never look at the accidents to see when the claimants overcharge State Farm. State Farm never investigates the claims fairly because they will never leave their computers to check out what is true or false. State Farm paid $18,000 for a fender bender I had in SF in 2021 because I ran into an older car in front of me. That was ridiculous.

I have had 3 accidents in the last 5 years, and I think State Farm just pays out to the claimant without looking into the reasons.

They are canceling my policy, so I'd give them a zero! I've had a great record for 50 years. No tickets, no accidents, always paid on time, good credit score, CDL for 30 years. I had an accident where I was an innocent bystander. It totaled my car of 18 years. It hurt! Then I got a different car, and it got keyed. So I turned it in. Had no idea it was strike three, you're out. I'm hurt, I'm angry. I paid $93 a month for full coverage, including renters. Now I'm looking at $400 a month or just liability. No renters! I won't ever refer anyone to them. I've taken two sons and my granddaughter. I hope they go elsewhere. Everyone says State Farm is notorious for this.

Great coverage. However, my premium has risen by a hundred dollars a month despite having no tickets, wrecks, or claims. I'm going to change companies as soon as I can. Unbelievable!

Too expensive for us, but it is a bundle. It feels like their customer service is not as good as when we first began using it 25 years ago. Their roadside service is not always up to par. My grandson has been left waiting for a tow more than twice for several hours alone in a parking lot overnight waiting for a tow truck driver.

I started out at $543.00, and my renewal price is $884.00. I'm 65 years old, and I drive my car maybe twice a month. That is extremely high, and the representative couldn't explain to me why the price was so high.

They did not fight for me when I had a backing out accident in a bank parking lot, backing into another car at the same time she backed into me. Her car had previous damage she claimed I caused, and the only damage I had was the white paint from her car that I only had to wipe off. Meaning, there was no way my car could have caused that damage. Then, years later, I got T-boned in an intersection, in a neighborhood, with an eyewitness saying I was hit. Nada, nothing again. His insurance had lapsed. They have gotten way too high also. There's no way I should be paying $224.00 for a 2010 Honda Insight!

They are hundreds of dollars more on their homeowners and car insurance. We had to get a new roof due to a storm, and I got 3 bids ranging from $9,400 to $10,700, but State Farm would only pay $7,823. The thing is, I have a full replacement policy. Sad.

I think liability insurance should cost a little less than what I pay, given I was paying only $10 more per month for full coverage before I had to get a replacement car because someone else hit me.

I remained with State Farm based on strong recommendations regarding the new agent. It's expensive for people who have NEVER had an accident, ticket, OR DUI. I keep my car in top condition. I'm an 84-year-old senior citizen with a clean driving record all around, yet I'm still not rewarded. The company is supposed to partner with the state for cheaper insurance for people over 50 years old. Is this true? I saw it on my phone. God bless.

I understand I live in an area which can cause my insurance to go up. However, going up $100 every 6 months is ridiculous. No accidents, no tickets, no DUIs. The only claim I ever made was on a previous vehicle under this insurance for a windshield replacement. My car is over 10 years old, paid for, and driven less than 5 miles a day. According to the agent I was assigned, I had to have the same coverage for uninsured motorists as I do. I'm already paying through the nose for uninsured motorist coverage. Why do I have to have coverage the same as mine? Unfortunately, all the others I contacted aren't any better.

I have had State Farm for over 40 years. No accidents, no tickets. I drive less than 7k per year, only for pleasure driving, because I work from home. Before COVID-19, we paid around $1,400 per year for two vehicles. Today, this is $2,500 per year. I could understand if we were bad drivers, but only a windshield replacement 5 years ago is our only claim. I am ready to move to a company that recognizes good drivers and gives breaks because we are good drivers. Throw in condo walls insurance too.

State Farm doesn't seem to prioritize their customers. Unfortunately, they are below average in their level of competence. The claims representatives I spoke with were mostly nice, but they were not able to be of much help. Their job seems to be to maybe call you back a day or two after you leave a message, then say no and apologize because they are front-line employees with no authority except to respond that their superiors also said no to anything you ask for. State Farm is very slow in answering questions and concerns, and their communication is terrible. I was left waiting for more than two weeks after they told me my car was totaled and towed it away. I finally heard back from them when they decided my car wasn't totaled, and I received at least four text notices saying my car was scheduled for review. It was nearly two more weeks before they authorized the repairs to my front end from being sideswiped while parked on the street. The shop I chose, my regular repair shop, would not install used parts from the junkyard as State Farm wanted them to do, nor did I want parts from a junkyard installed in as critical a system as steering. It ended up costing me $600 out of pocket, but that's better than risking safety with used parts. I have absolutely no faith or trust in State Farm. My agent is not helpful. The company doesn't seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend State Farm to anyone. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone to avoid giving any business to State Farm. I am looking for another company that actually cares about the lives and safety of their customers. State Farm has made it clear that they do not.

My premium increased by 30% with no change to my policy and no claims! I have had State Farm for decades, but I am not at all pleased with the increase, so I will not be recommending them nor continuing with them.

I don't know because I feel I am not getting enough discounts because I am a senior and the only person to drive my two vehicles, except when my family members take me to a doctor. I feel the rates are too high for one driver without tickets, accidents, or any DUIs.

The question for us with State Farm is: is it incompetence or intentional? Lost payments, inability to consistently bill or send bills, failure to properly credit payments, failure to access autopayments we've set up, failure to send refunds calculated to reach us. Agent closed all Fridays and gone many times that I have emailed her. Multiple poor experiences with claims: attempting to settle our loss for less than 10% of final loss determination. Failure to contact us after disaster for 6 weeks. Absolutely no communication on car accident—still waiting for payment of deductible in accident although officer at site told me he was citing party who ran red light while speeding.

I have not had to make a claim yet, but in the three years we have lived in Arkansas, our car insurance has been terribly high. We also have homeowners insurance.
