No matter how many cars I have, each quote covers additional liability. If I am the only driver, why is liability added over and over again? I can still drive only one car at a time. Endurance was difficult to work with. They only agreed to cover my car repairs when I mentioned I wanted to cancel the policy, which was not what they informed Cutter Services. This has been the second time they refused to pay anything for my repairs, and I've only submitted three repair jobs since 2023. For the first one, I still had to pay over $300; for the second one, I paid the entire bill of $3,000; and the third repair bill was $7,000, which they denied and has not yet been done. So, I canceled my coverage with Endurance.

I have been with my current insurance company for over 20 years. I've only had one accident in all that time. My premiums have steadily increased, and it has been difficult asking if there are any discounts available for me. I'm retired now and don't drive as much as when I was working. After 40 years without a glitch, no contact was made to us when we were late on one item out of three in our bundle. This happened a few months after State Farm made their first claim payout in decades. The amount was well under the repair cost. For being late, our coverage was increased by $132 every 6 months. Now they told us they never call anymore if a payment is late. Not the insurance company to retire with.

Someone ran into our truck, and then one of those concrete stop things in the parking space at Golden Corral proceeded to rip the protective barrier from underneath my car. Now State Farm has decided they’re going to non-renew us, and we’re having trouble finding insurance that we can afford. These were circumstances beyond our control. We totally regret ever insuring with State Farm and will never do it again.

I've been with StateFarm for 31 years, carrying high limits of coverage: 250/500/250 full coverage, comprehensive collision, and PIP coverage for uninsured drivers. Unfortunately, no other companies have been able to save me money to switch. It took five years to settle an accident claim where I was not at fault. I don't like how they just raise the insurance rates for no reason and without notifying you. I have a perfect driving record and still receive no discounts on car insurance. I also have no claims on my house insurance, yet when my gutters were damaged by a storm and my front fell completely off, it disappeared from my yard the next morning. People are always looking for things to take to the scrap yard. I didn't want to file a claim because when you do, they raise your insurance to recoup their money. It's a bad way to do business.

Being on a household plan does provide a lower premium, which is good. However, I'm a senior citizen living on Social Security and drive an average of only 2,500 miles per year. I have no accidents and no DUIs but still pay $57 per month for only 60/30 Liability, which increases yearly. It seems like there should be a better household plan with a lower premium for my circumstances.
