Good Guy
It was good. I forgot the name of the guy, but he really helped me. He was at one on Cardinal and Valencia. Yeah, he was very helpful and went out of his way for me. Thank you so much.

I’m looking for full coverage $100-$140 thousand dollar deductible full coverage rental car everything
The coverage is fantastic, but $207 a month for full coverage is way too much. I’m looking for many different alternatives. I just found one I think for less than $50 for coverage a month.

Very good in all an insurance company can do except for the price. Here in New York, all insurance companies are ridiculous in the price we pay.

Summary of State Farm Performance
After a period of the Tucson agent leaving and transferring to a new agent, and then the policy for CA being taken over by a CA agent, things seem to go smoothly.

I have had very little contact with the office of this agent. I have not even received a Christmas card, a birthday card, or a call, but that doesn’t matter because the times that I’ve had claims, which has only been twice in the past 5-6 years, they have responded excellently. However, that is the claims office, not my agent.

About State Farm Insurance
No matter how many cars I have, each quote covers additional liability. If I am the only driver, why is liability added over and over again? I can still drive only one car at a time. The service through an agent is more than fair. I guess they are comparable to anything else available on the market.

Great Customer Service
Endurance was difficult to work with. They only agreed to cover my car repairs when I mentioned I wanted to cancel the policy, which was not what they informed Cutter Services. This has been the second time they refused to pay anything for my repairs, and I've only submitted three repair jobs since 2023. For the first one, I still had to pay over $300; for the second one, I paid the entire bill of $3,000; and the third repair bill was $7,000, which they denied and has not yet been done. So, I canceled my coverage with Endurance.

Too Expensive
Way too expensive. $145.00 for just the legal minimum, and I'm planning to buy a scooter, which I don't need insurance for. Other companies want $260.00 to $1,700.00 per month. I haven't had any tickets in 7 years and no DUIs since 1992. Car insurance is frustrating.

Twenty+ Years Customer
I have been with my current insurance company for over 20 years. I've only had one accident in all that time. My premiums have steadily increased, and it has been difficult asking if there are any discounts available for me. I'm retired now and don't drive as much as when I was working. They don't seem to have any discounts for seniors or folks that don't drive as much anymore.

State Farm Insurance Experience
I had a disappointing experience with State Farm. After my wife had two strokes, I took her off the policy. I was told that my premium would decrease, but instead, it increased by $30.00/month. When I filed a claim for flood damage caused by a water softener unit in my home, they categorized it as sewage backup. They also informed me that mold was not covered by the policy. I am now in the process of switching to a different company. I have been with State Farm for almost 60 years, and I feel dissatisfied with their service.

No Notice
After 40 years without a glitch, no contact was made to us when we were late on one item out of three in our bundle. This happened a few months after State Farm made their first claim payout in decades. The amount was well under the repair cost. For being late, our coverage was increased by $132 every 6 months. Now they told us they never call anymore if a payment is late. Not the insurance company to retire with.

Totally disappointed in State Farm
State Farm was doing okay until we had two claims in two months. Someone ran into our truck, and then one of those concrete stop things in the parking space at Golden Corral proceeded to rip the protective barrier from underneath my car. Now State Farm has decided they’re going to non-renew us, and we’re having trouble finding insurance that we can afford. These were circumstances beyond our control. We totally regret ever insuring with State Farm and will never do it again.

What's Going On At State Farm?
Something is going on with State Farm. They used to be on the ball, but now they are missing things. Our car was totaled, yet they did not refund the remainder of our unused premium. We still had $500 for rental car expenses, yet they made us pay for the last 3 days even though we were still waiting for the settlement check they snail-mailed us.

Very rough for a widow of almost 86.
Claims are fast, and the local agent Aaron is very helpful. However, the prices are way too high for a widow on social security only, which is why I have to look for cheaper insurance. How can I afford $928.00 for 6 months? I can't, but I'm sorry when I only make $1,728.00 a month.

Terrible. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. They cover my car and home. I am desperately trying to get rid of them immediately. I am a senior with no DUIs or car accidents. I'm currently not happy with State Farm. When I asked what difference it would make to take my husband off our policy, the agent took him off and increased our bill. When I found out and asked that he not be taken off, that caused another increase. Initially, I was paying about $150 for 6 months. Now it's $860! I am currently looking into other insurance options.

Frustrated with StateFarm
I've been with StateFarm for 31 years, carrying high limits of coverage: 250/500/250 full coverage, comprehensive collision, and PIP coverage for uninsured drivers. Unfortunately, no other companies have been able to save me money to switch. It took five years to settle an accident claim where I was not at fault. My truck should have been a total loss, but StateFarm chose to fix it to save their own expenses. Five years to settle my first claim with my long history with this company is frustrating.

I have had State Farm since I was 16, and it was good. However, in the past year, they have increased my insurance rates significantly for no reason. I have had no accidents, no tickets, and I barely drive more than 5 miles a day. My rate went from $114.00 to $198.00 in 2 months for no reason.

Totaled Damaged Vehicle - Lowest Payment
I'm disappointed in the claims department. They paid less than the vehicle was worth. There were no adjustments for new tires, which should have been removed from the totaled auto. Unexpected Rate Increases
I don't like how they just raise the insurance rates for no reason and without notifying you. I have a perfect driving record and still receive no discounts on car insurance. I also have no claims on my house insurance, yet when my gutters were damaged by a storm and my front fell completely off, it disappeared from my yard the next morning. People are always looking for things to take to the scrap yard. I didn't want to file a claim because when you do, they raise your insurance to recoup their money. It's a bad way to do business.

How about low-mileage, clean record Senior Citizen households?
Being on a household plan does provide a lower premium, which is good. However, I'm a senior citizen living on Social Security and drive an average of only 2,500 miles per year. I have no accidents and no DUIs but still pay $57 per month for only 60/30 Liability, which increases yearly. It seems like there should be a better household plan with a lower premium for my circumstances.
