I've only had one claim and Geico was all over it. They handled everything.

I would tell my friend to keep an eye on the premium because you don’t want to be surprised when your premium goes up for no reason. Even if you have not been in a car accident, if you’re not checking, you won’t know. It is super unfair.

However, after Warren Buffet purchased the company, it has become nothing but a profit-driven business. They don't seem to care about your safe driving record or loyalty of 8 years.
