So, thank you for letting me know. I want to take her off my insurance. I’ve been paying for over two years or a year, wasting my money on something that is not helping her or me. I’d like to say thank you for letting me know, even though you didn’t inform me. I called to find out why my insurance is so high. I’ve been offered some other insurance companies to lower my insurance, and this is one way I can lower it by taking her off. Thank you.

I need better rates, and when you file a claim, in 3 years you go up. The reason you have insurance is to use it when you need it. 1 in 3 years is not excessive; 3 in 3 would be. You want money for nothing, and as long as you never file a claim, you are a golden client...but file a claim, and you are somehow a liability.

Allstate isn't a company I'd recommend. I had someone call and give me a quote, from whom I purchased a policy. However, about a week later, I contacted her by email with questions. She failed to get back to me. I called and left messages, which she didn't reply to. I called the main customer service number for Allstate and explained that I thought she was an agent. However, she wasn't; she was only someone on the sales team who had contacted me to try and sell me a policy. I complained to the CSR that we didn't have an agent. So, there was an Allstate agent assigned in the same town my partner and I live in, who I was told would be contacting us in the next several days. That never happened. I eventually contacted the assigned agent's office. Nobody answered. Several hours later, someone did finally call back.
