I've saved a lot of money with Allstate's Milewise policy. I've shopped around with other companies for comparison and none of them were able to match, let alone beat, the premium I'm paying for the coverage I'm getting.

It's a necessity, that's all. I'm still waiting for my current cards to be sent to me according to the main office. Yes, I'm still waiting.

Shop around, you can do better. They'll want to take out their money a week early. They'll send you a message a day before, saying it's due on the 9th when you know that it's not due until the 25th.

The insurance agents are receiving a significant portion of the amount that customers pay. However, they are quite reliable when it comes to paying claims.

I pay them, and they cover my vehicle.

I've been with Allstate since 1977. I have no traffic violations and have made only 2 claims due to acts of nature and getting hit from the back. Despite having good credit, I believe I should receive a better discount. However, I'm told it's the fault of the state of NJ.

My representative, Al, is totally awesome. However, price is an issue in today's world, especially as a retired person.

I would definitely recommend Allstate. My agent has been there for me when I moved and was required to have rental insurance. He made sure they received a copy every year. They are a bit pricey but provide good coverage and once you reach a certain level, the deductible is waived.

The cost is extremely high for the car I have. No discounts could offer enough coverage for the 2024 Kia I am financing. It's been a struggle to pay my other bills due to the cost being so high and my income being so limited.

It's really nice to speak to a familiar person who knows the ins and outs of my account. I've been with discount insurance groups where you call a switchboard, and a person reads from a script, which is just frustrating. Allstate has been a refreshing wake-up experience.

I didn't have a claim while I was with Allstate. I thought they were pretty good until I received a $60 monthly payment increase. Don't settle just yet! They start you off with a decent price, but don't get used to it. Within a year, the prices are likely to increase. Customer service is primarily non-native English speakers, so you might struggle to understand their responses to your questions.

I had one claim in 50 years and it was handled extremely poorly. They hired contractors without my approval who damaged my house. I had to pay an additional $39,000 out of pocket and then they dropped me since I had a second small claim.

The premiums are skyrocketing with terrible coverage. If you need to make a claim, good luck. They offered to repair only three shingles after extensive storm damage, and it took them six months. Every contractor I've spoken to says they are the worst.
