The segregation department lacks knowledge and the proper procedure for handling accident cases. They mailed important documents to the wrong postal department, not to mention unregistered. My car was damaged at my place of residence while parked in the parking lot since January 27, and until now, I can't get back the $1000.00 I paid to get it out of the repair shop. I also requested the depreciation value for my car. This negligence was done by a government postal service. Why can't I get my money back? I pay a lot for insurance. Your claim department staff is very inefficient and lacks the skills needed to serve customers. Please get me my money back before I seek further help in doing so. This is the government, it's not a regular insurance company. There should not be any issues paying out the deductible. Why hasn't your insurance lawyer sent a demand yet?

Google Earth Historical Imagery clearly shows that the roof was replaced 8 years ago. This means they will only cover my roof at 25% of the replacement cost, as opposed to the 76% that they should be covering it. They insist on seeing an invoice to prove that the work was done, which I have been unable to obtain from the previous owner. Why would I renew with a company that is proving they will not fully cover me, especially on the most likely part of the policy that I will need in the future?

I was with Allstate for 8 years, but they kept raising my rate! It used to be below $153, then it increased to $153, then $163, and finally $190. I can't afford that. I have no accidents on my record, except for a hit and run incident where the person caused no damage to my car, only leaving a white powder that I dusted off. I informed my agent at Allstate, Jane, about this. Despite having no tickets and no damages, I couldn't afford their insurance prices. This month, I switched to Progressive. However, they required my daughter's signature on some documents, which I found unlawful as I'm the only policyholder. They also increased my insurance to $232. It feels like everyone is trying to take my money. Neither Allstate nor anyone else would fix my windshield, which would cost $1,000 because a homeless person damaged it. I'm struggling to find suitable insurance, especially since my car is financed. On top of that, I'm homeless because no one will rent an apartment to me due to my $1,300 in bills, despite earning $4,000 a month. It's frustrating that there seems to be a bias against people based on their credit scores.

Last year, I paid via electronic payment from my bank, and I even showed my bank statement. He accused me not only of nonpayment, but also of having bounced checks in the past (which never happened). He made no effort to look into it and cut off my insurance. I had to pay a $493 penalty. The lady who handles my home insurance helped me straighten things out.
I filled out paperwork twice to have everything transferred to her, but this year I found he was still in charge of my account and I had to switch. They still took out a $1,300+ payment (for 6 months) from my checking account. Who knows how long it will take to get that back.
