I didn't have a claim while I was with Allstate. I thought they were pretty good until I received a $60 monthly payment increase. I gave them an opportunity to explain why, but after a 45-minute chat with three people, no one could explain the reason for the increase. So, I decided to look for another insurer.

Additionally, there's a record on my daughter's driving history that I'm trying to remove. This process is taking too long, allowing the company to charge me an extra rate. They denied my claim for food that went bad because we were without power for over a week. They also informed me that I have a $2500.00 deductible.
