The segregation department lacks knowledge and the proper procedure for handling accident cases. They mailed important documents to the wrong postal department, not to mention unregistered. My car was damaged at my place of residence while parked in the parking lot since January 27, and until now, I can't get back the $1000.00 I paid to get it out of the repair shop. I also requested the depreciation value for my car. This negligence was done by a government postal service. Why can't I get my money back? I pay a lot for insurance. Your claim department staff is very inefficient and lacks the skills needed to serve customers. Please get me my money back before I seek further help in doing so. This is the government, it's not a regular insurance company. There should not be any issues paying out the deductible. Why hasn't your insurance lawyer sent a demand yet?

I had an unfortunate experience with Allstate. The only time I had a claim was due to a minor accident in a parking lot. However, the agent accused me of being under the influence of drugs, which was not true. I work for the government and any drug use would result in immediate dismissal. Last year, I made an electronic payment from my bank, which I can prove with my bank statement. Yet, the agent accused me of non-payment and having bounced checks in the past, which never happened. He didn't make any effort to investigate and cut off my insurance, resulting in a $493 penalty. The agent who handles my home insurance helped me sort things out. Despite transferring all my paperwork to her twice, I found out this year that the original agent was still in charge of my account. I had to switch again. They still deducted a $1300+ payment (for 6 months) from my checking account, and I'm unsure how long it will take to get that back.
