The segregation department lacks knowledge and the proper procedure for handling accident cases. They mailed important documents to the wrong postal department, not to mention unregistered. I also requested the depreciation value for my car. This negligence was done by a government postal service. Why can't I get my money back? I pay a lot for insurance. Your claim department staff is very inefficient and lacks the skills needed to serve customers. Please get me my money back before I seek further help in doing so. This is the government, it's not a regular insurance company. There should not be any issues paying out the deductible. Why hasn't your insurance lawyer sent a demand yet?

I'm paying by the mile, and it costs me $196.00 for 1 month to 6 weeks. This is with no accidents, tickets, etc. So, I would advise my friends to shop around.

Every time I asked a question about a leak in the ceiling during a rainstorm, the response was that it's a maintenance problem. That was the response to any question I asked. I've asked three questions. I received notice that my home insurance increased by $350 without any advanced warning.
