There are several reasons. We had a car totaled in 2013 and it took three weeks to get a settlement from them. Also, there were two increases in premiums in the last year with no tickets or accidents.

After paying a lot of money for insurance and deductibles, you're still raising my fees. Body shops are extremely expensive, yet I found less expensive small body shops without having to pay thousands of dollars throughout the year.

In my 44 years of driving, I've never had a ticket or an accident. Yet, every year, my rates increase. I now pay the same as my sister, who has had 11 accidents and three DUIs. When I called to ask for a discount, I was told I could take a good driver's class.

I've been with Nationwide for years. However, here in Florida, I pay more for minimal coverage than I did for extensive coverage in North Carolina. Moreover, since I've moved to Florida, there have been instances like now where Nationwide took two payments in one month. My payment is due this week, but Nationwide already has the money and they haven't put it back in my bank. I guess the different agencies make a difference.

I had clearly stated that I didn't want auto pay and my monthly payment was supposed to be $77. However, without my consent, they took $150. This was supposed to be my car payment. Now, I'm behind on my car payments and I just had to pay $65 in insufficient funds charges at my bank. This has upset me greatly. I refuse to do business with this company anymore. I'm on a low income due to disability.
