We have been customers of Liberty for over 40 years without interruption. However, their rates are higher than any other company. It's puzzling how a new company can offer me better rates than one we have been loyal to for 40 years, never late, never a problem. I fail to understand why they would rather lose a faithful customer of 40 straight years without even trying to compare our rates to other companies. I can get the same coverage with Progressive for $159 less.

Don't fall for the accident forgiveness scheme. While they may forgive your accident, they certainly won't forget it. They'll mention your accident as a reason to disqualify you from the safe driver discount. My rates have consistently increased every year since the accident four years ago. Also, their homeowners insurance coverage is inadequate, as it seems to cover very little.

It's truly unfortunate that I work hard for 60 hours a week, and yet, I have to pay outrageous prices for car insurance. It seems unfair to society that we are burdened with these costs simply because driving is a necessity in today's world. Driving without insurance is not the way to go, but maintaining insurance for our three vehicles costs us $418 a month. Many people go their whole lives without making a claim, yet insurance companies show no remorse for the working class. A lot of us weren't fortunate enough to have everything handed to us. I started working when I was 12. We will never have anything left to enjoy when we retire because the cost of living is so high. I earn a good income, but $400 is a significant amount to pay every month. When you see ads promising lower rates, you think there's a chance for relief. But then you find out the rates are the same as what you're already paying. It feels like another company is taking advantage of the working man. We deserve better. I hope the right people see this and make changes. Greed is the root of all evil.

I'm not sure if it's just me or if others have had similar experiences, but my collaboration with Liberty Mutual was very disappointing. After more than three years without an accident, I had one on February 9, 2023. Liberty Mutual provided me with $1600 to fix my car, and I was not at fault for the accident. I have proof of this. However, a few months later, my payments increased. When I called to understand why, they told me it would end in April 2024. I continued to make payments until that date. However, when I checked my payment schedule afterwards, I saw that I had to pay double the amount, around $800. The worst part is that I didn't receive any notification explaining this increase.
