They have been very helpful. I am not looking to switch insurance. I was looking at lowering the interest rate on my mortgage and was asked who has my homeowners' insurance, and they just ran with it. So much so, I was given a deadline to finish paperwork. I am no longer interested and told them I was just seeking information, not the pressure tactic I received. I was not looking to change insurance, just information about my VA loan.

They are very rude. They don't value customers who have been with them for a long period of time, and their rates are extremely high. They speak to customers disrespectfully and make you feel unvalued and unappreciated. This is why after 10 plus years I'm leaving. I'm truly disgusted and disappointed. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Also, I downloaded the app for the discount, but it says I do not qualify for that discount. However, I must say the employees are nice and polite when they deliver the bad news, but it doesn't make it right.

I paid in advance every month for auto insurance by auto pay. LM charged me to cancel even though I owed nothing and cancelled before the next billing cycle. They continued to raise rates and I decided to go elsewhere. They never attempted to try to save me as a customer either. I would not recommend them.

I keep seeing online that you can get full coverage for $39, $29, and some even say $19, but I really don't expect that. When I started with Liberty Mutual about 5 years ago, it was $30 a month for my coverage. Now it's up to $60 and I don't even get towing with that. It's been frustrating trying to get quotes because they just keep running you around in circles.
