There is no local representative available to speak with. I never had access to an agent. If I had a question or problem, it took a very long time to get a person on the phone. While I was waiting on the phone, the automated voice kept suggesting that I could just visit their website, even if I hadn't found an answer there. Once you get through to a person, they are very helpful. The only time I ever got through to a person quickly was when I called to cancel the policy.

They canceled my policy without giving me any notice or a chance to make a payment. They also told me my last payment before cancellation was on January 30th, 2023, and that I owed $518. However, when I went to pay the remaining balance, they told me I had to pay an additional $600 and some odd dollars because they had canceled my policy. I refused to do that, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I added uninsured motorist coverage to my minimum state liability for less than what I was previously paying. However, my rates have since increased despite my impeccable driving record and the fact that I travel well under 10,000 miles annually.
