I am not satisfied with the service I received. I was quoted a different amount within a one-month difference. My policy lapsed for twenty days and it went from the first few months of full coverage at $266 to $393. I don't think that's fair, especially as an existing customer.

I tried repeatedly to cancel, but the policy was not cancelled. They added another month's charge to my account, which I don't owe because I had other insurance. Despite my explanations, the cancellation was not processed.

They charged me double what Allstate does. I ended up paying $190 because they didn't take the time to find out that I wasn't at fault for my accidents. They also justified the high price by saying my type of car was 'easily stolen'. I've had my car for 4 years and never had an issue.

We've had to speak with at least 30-40 different customer service representatives and all but three of them were extremely rude! They also lied to us, forcing us to pay an additional premium. We were promised that the money would be refunded once their paperwork error was corrected. However, they later stated that the increase was valid and that no refund would be given. I will be switching my insurance.

Upon calling the General's Emergency Roadside Assistance for a tow truck because I was broken down on the side of the highway, I was told by the dispatcher that a driver would be there soon and I would receive texts with progress. However, the driver didn't arrive until about three hours later. In the meantime, the Metro Police had my car towed before my driver got there, which cost me $500 to get my car back.
