Esurance is, hands down, the best insurance company that I have ever had! I never had a problem with them. If I had a concern or question, they were there to answer it. When it came to reporting and handling a vehicle claim, it was very simple and the claim was settled within seventy-two (72) hours.

It was a horrible experience. They tried to offer me less than half the value of my car, which was $5,000.00. I had purchased uninsured insurance and a drunk driver destroyed my car, which was valued at $12,500.00. I immediately hung up on the adjuster and told her I would never buy insurance from them again. I also decided to advise everyone I know not to buy insurance from them. It's ridiculous to offer less than half the value of my car.

They're horrible. They wanted to give me less than half the value of my car. I paid for uninsured driver coverage and they tried to offer me $5,000.00 when my car was valued at $12,500.00.

They cancelled my insurance without any official notice. Could it be because I'm in California? Absolutely ridiculous!

Very misleading. While filling out the application online, I was led to believe my rate would be $80.00 a month. After I gave my card info, I was then told my application was under review. To make a long story short, it went from $80.00 to $189.00.

It was a scam because they said I was approved to get insurance, then they came back saying sorry, we can't, but have another rate for you. It was a waste of time. Don't do it, they just want your information to send to other companies.

It seems there's no such thing as low insurance, even if you're a safe driver with no tickets, DUIs, or any other issues. You still can't get cheap insurance, and that's wrong.
