I tried to make a payment of $300, but it wouldn't accept it and wanted me to pay $635. A week later, I tried to pay $600, but again it wanted me to pay $900. So, I started to look at other companies.

They are a poor company. They don't take care of their members, they overcharge, and don't support the policy holder during a claim. Their customer service is also very poor. I would give them a 0 all around. Thanks.

The local agent was unprofessional and rude. In addition, I'm a senior with a safe driving record, driving less than 50 miles a week. I have no claims, tickets, or even a question. I paid yearly. Then, at renewal time, my rate increased. They gave no reason other than it being Covid-related. Yeah...sure.

I'm giving three stars only for the service. I didn't like it because when it came time to renew my policy, they charged me the premium but didn't renew my insurance. They just took my money, but my insurance isn't active even though I've already paid the premium that's due.

The customer service was unsatisfactory. My wife attempted to change the due date to be earlier than the 8th of every month, but they wouldn't allow us to do so. Whenever we had questions about our insurance, we were met with a busy tone on the phone. My wife receives disability benefits every month, and she wanted the insurance premium to be deducted on the first of every month.
