Bristol West refuses to speak with me directly, instead they communicate through an agent who just doesn't seem to understand. My driving information is incorrect and I need this to be corrected urgently.

I am not satisfied with Bristol West.

They only provide you with two tow truck calls during your entire policy before they start asking for more money. I would not recommend getting a policy with Bristol West.

For my 2004 car, I was paying $252 a month, which was a sudden increase from $191. State Farm seems to be a better option, so it might be worth shopping around.
