The service is terrible; they don't seem to consider anything at all. I purchased full coverage for my vehicle for six months. However, just three weeks into having insurance with them, they informed me that they no longer wanted me insured with them. This was despite my having a 7/10 driving score, which is pretty good. Moreover, they refused to refund my money until the end of the policy.

My premium went up significantly after the first 6 months for no apparent reason. I can't log into their website despite trying everything. It doesn't recognize my account number.

This is a good short-term insurance policy. However, the app doesn't accurately capture driving tendencies. Due to GPS lagging, it reads as if you're speeding, which raises the policy rate and claims bad driving. In the long run, this can triple, if not quadruple, the original rate.
