No complaints.

I have had no problems with Root Insurance.

Overall, they are great. They could offer individual coverage for each vehicle instead of applying the same amounts to all, but the payment process is very easy. Changing, adding, or removing vehicles is also simple. I've had a great experience with them so far. I would highly recommend Root.

It was easy to get. They didn't hold my past driving record against me. They monitored my driving through the Root app for one month, and that's how I got the insurance.

After my first six months, my policy increased by over $100 a month. It went from around $520 to $630 a month for two vehicles.

Don't choose them. Their rates increase even with a 9/10 rating.

This is a horrible company, not a real insurance company. After I was hit while parked, they put me at fault and increased my rates. They are always increasing rates. The coverage provided for the price is poor. They have absolutely no customer service. This company feels like a total scam.

They no longer considered me a new customer, so they didn't offer discounts to existing customers. I'm not saying they won't work for some people, but they were not a good fit for us.

Please stay consistent. Coverage is based upon driving habits, yet there are no discounts or adjustments when you have changed jobs and do not drive as much.

The service is terrible; they don't seem to consider anything at all. I purchased full coverage for my vehicle for six months. However, just three weeks into having insurance with them, they informed me that they no longer wanted me insured with them. This was despite my having a 7/10 driving score, which is pretty good. Moreover, they refused to refund my money until the end of the policy.

There aren't many options and you might receive a letter in the mail stating your policy has been cancelled, even though it's been paid.
