They are really expensive. They don't tell you beforehand that in order to save with them, you have to download an application to track your driving. Otherwise, you won't save; on the contrary, your monthly payment goes up. But after you set your payment, then they tell you about having to install the app.

Out of nowhere, they presented me with a balance of $3000 to pay by 10/27/2022. I usually pay $465 a month. Yes, I may be a few days late sometimes because my pay date falls after my insurance due date. But, let me remind you, I still pay it whether it's late or not. For them to suddenly demand that amount is crazy. Now, I have no insurance because they wanted the full payment. A lot of people can't just come up with $3000 like that.

They refused to reinsure me because I was paralyzed and needed my niece, Kelli Aflague, to use my Toyota for an urgent errand. She absolutely does not live with me, so why would I add her for just one day? This is utterly ridiculous. She was avoiding an animal and hit a tree or pile. She went to court and was found not guilty. So why am I being held liable? This makes no sense.

I was initially quoted a six-month price by Plymouth Rock, which I paid. However, a couple of weeks later, they requested information from my previous insurance policy, which I no longer had. I informed them of this and provided my owner's card and an old bill instead. They seemed to accept this. However, after about six phone calls in less than a month, I received a notice for an additional $22, labeled as a policy change. I was told that my original coverage was higher, so they reduced my coverage and increased my premium. I am not impressed with Plymouth Rock. I plan to stick with them for six months, but if I receive any more unexpected bills or complaints, I will switch providers.
