There are new rules about receiving future payments. They no longer accept bank transfers, checks, etc. They only accept autopay now. I don't like being forced to use autopay.

If you're not going to provide a quote online, just say so. I prefer to see the quote online. If I like it, I'll call. If I don't, I'll move on. So, stop insisting on phone calls. I see them and let them go directly to voicemail, then I erase everything.

They recently raised my rate when my debit card had to be changed due to potential issues. I missed a payment, and instead of notifying me, they let my coverage lapse and waited for a while. They then cancelled my policy and increased it significantly! This is a major issue for me. Interestingly, my son's policy remained the same, even though he is the one with issues!

They won't keep track of when you last paid your car insurance and always want you to pay a reinstatement fee of 300 and something dollars, even if you're within the 30-day window. SAD.

The prices are too high. I received a quote for $108 for two cars, one with full coverage and one with standard. If I stick with Century 21, it's going to be over $200. I call this price gouging the customer. Other insurance companies are lower-priced.

I was with Kipper Insurance, paying $20 a month. When I added a second vehicle, my rates more than doubled. So, on principle, I switched. I keep getting offers for $38 a month, but that's still too high. I want to pay $25 a month, and I will find someone at that rate. Then, I will switch again.

I emailed them my recently renewed license, but then they put me on hold. When they returned, they told me the policy quote would be increased because the violation conviction date was November of 2018, even though the violation date was July 2017, which I had disclosed on the application when I received the initial quote. I didn't appreciate that they used a technicality to increase the price.
