I've had a disappointing experience. After diligently using autopay for four months, they somehow failed to take the fifth payment and tried to attribute the mistake to me. This led to them charging me $50 more per month, in addition to having to pay the county a fine for a lapse in coverage. The insurance company provided no evidence or correspondence proving how it was my fault. I even received confirmation from my bank that they never attempted to charge my account. I found their actions misleading and unfair.
