I paid less when I had my Prius than I do now. I haven't had any tickets or accidents in many years. I barely drive, except for going to the VA Hospital. My Chevy pickup stays in the building all the time. I don't drive more than 4,000 miles a year. I shouldn't have to pay so much.

Work better with your customers; don't just shut their insurance off. I thought mine was on auto-pay, but it wasn't. By the time I realized it, they had canceled my policy. Then, less than 30 days later, I called to get it reinstated, and it went up by $100 a month. Plus, nobody could help me, even though my husband asked them to add me to the account so I wouldn't have to verify every time.
