I had been with Earie for years. I was hit and injured through no fault of my own. The man that hit me had no insurance. Thank God I had uninsured motorist coverage. It has been a year and almost four months, and I am still having major problems from the wreck. Praise the good Lord that the store video captured the wreck. But that’s when I found out I was underinsured. That’s when I searched and found Progressive. I now have the highest insurance coverage for less than I was paying for Earie. Being elderly and disabled, I am thrilled.

A gentleman told me to exit out of the quote and allow him to review it because, according to him, the VIN was correct. However, after that, I was given a price that was almost double the quote. When I tried to go back to the quote, I was no longer able to access it. I tried to redo it, and the price went from $276 to over $400. I was told that there was no information that any quote was ever done, and even though it showed up in the app after logging in, I got logged out without logging out myself. Upon logging back in, the quote was nowhere to be found, as if it had never been done. I saved screenshots and told them that I had the screenshots of the quote and even the quote number, which I provided to Progressive, but the rate and amount they had were completely different.
